Set up in 2007, the business is situated in Harrow. With the use of a fully fitted workshop and fully qualified staff, the company is able to offer professional repairs to individual’s homes. The service is designed to be rewarding and fun, helping clients to enjoy their homes in comfort.

WindowAce has a small customer base, based in and around Harrow, including private clients, estate agents and building companies. The company is managed by Jason who has been involved in the double glazing repair and installation industry for many years. Jason is well trained to look after the company, having previously worked for a broad range of companies that are still doing very well.

Jason did a very good job on both refitting a window with diagonal leading and also adjusting a UPVC door that was not closing properly.

We took glass sizes for this job on August Bank Holiday Monday at the Customers Request.

“Jason is Very reliable, called round within half an hour, of hiring, and on a bank holiday Monday, to measure glass and removed remaining broken glass.
He ordered glass at earliest moment possible and was able to fix glass around my working hours, and even offered to replace glass on my days off on a weekend (Sunday)

I have used Jason for two jobs on the above property and have always found the work is carried out to a high professional standard. The work was completed in the time and the budget specified when an estimate was provided.

In June 2008 I used Window Ace to replaced two window locks on a double glazed unit that had broken. In September 2008 I had a bathroom window unit removed and replaced with a made to measure new one. I will be using the company again in March 2009 to replace a door.

I had no hesitation to use Jason again neither to provide a reference to anyone else wishing to use his services.

On 31st October a large unit in our bay window

got accidentally broken.

I called Jason and he came around the That day and supplied us promptly with an estimate and then he did an emergency board up there & then to secure the property.

He recommended a toughened unit to stop an potential recurrence and we followed his advice.

He promised that he would have the unit by the following Saturday but in fact it was available by the Wednesday 5th November and so he came around and fitted it that evening.

Overall we were very pleased with the work Jason did for us at a very competitive price and we would gladly use him again should the need arise.
